IMPROVEMENT - A CONSTANT ONGOING
PROCESS.
Adopting a phase-controlled system serves to bring about an essential
contribution to enhancing process quality. In the initial stages,
a joint project concept is defined. In the concept phase, the various
problems are identified and solutions elaborated. Finally, in the
action phase we proceed to realize effective solutions, while also
working on potential for further improvement. In the course of several
control cycles, a stage of sophistication is attained leading to constant
overall improvement. |
